*Pass standard proofreading exam
*Show original design capabilities
*Demonstrate a mastering of Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Flash and html
*Dedicate him or herself to learning design and maintain ongoing professional development initiatives on their own time.
*Develop a camaraderie and support network with coworkers
*Work with habits that are professional and necessary to perform tasks and complete projects on time, within budget and with the highest standards of execution.
